The Federal Circuit - A Judicial Innovation

This History was commissioned by the Federal Circuit Historical Society.  Established in 1999, the Society is dedicated to the preservation and dissemination of the history of the Federal Circuit and its predecessor courts.  The Society records oral histories of major figures of the Court, maintains a large archive of photographs and other images and memorabilia, publishes the Journal of the Federal Circuit Historical Society as well as books such as this one, and sponsors a variety of public educational events.
